YIT Puerta Bisagra

Location is fabulous. Just inside the city gate, 2 minutes walk from the Tourist Office, 22 minutes walk to the opposite side of the city. I was able to park my motorbike directly outside the hostal. View from my room was onto the inner courtyard, so not much of a view. Room was small but adequate, bathroom a shower a good size. Shower hot and powerful. Shower gel, soap and body lotion provided. Bed was comfortable. . Breakfast was far better than expected: fruit juice, real fruit (orange, apple and watermelon), cold meats and cheese, cereal, jams & pates, bread, pastries, coffee machine.

YIT Puerta Bisagra is one of the best places to stay in Toledo. The staff is pleasant, the breakfast delicious and what is the most important the location of the hotel is perfect, near Puerta del Sol and plaza Zacodover. Rooms are comfortable and the whole building is historic with amazing elements of architecture. It wasnt my first time there and for sure I will back.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms always clean and comfortable. Location excellent allowing us to explore the city by foot. After walking the Camino and staying in dorms this hotel was a lovely place to relax with privacy and have some needed pampering

Fantastic location, next to the Puerta Bisagra, on the quiet side of old town. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Although the parking was a bit of a hike, that was expected given parking restrictions of old town Toledo. Appreciated that the parking was in a secure garage and that we could pay for it at the hotel. Beds were some of the most comfortable we've every slept on in a hotel. Room was large and fit our needs. Appreciated the fan/heater in the bathroom. Our room opened on to the roof terrace, which was fun, but only because nobody was using it due to the cold weather. Room was very quiet. Liked that the souvenir shops nearest us had the best prices and great selection.

The staff was great, very friendly! The hotel and rooms were very clean. We stayed one night, it was located right by Puerta de Bisagra. We walked all over Toledo from the hotel- to restaurants, the main cathedral, and shopping. I would recommend this hotel.
